Albany shooting leaves man in critical condition

A man is fighting to stay alive after being shot in the head in Albany.

Police responded to a building on North Swan Street between Second and Third streets just after 1 a.m. Tuesday. They say they found a 29-year-old shooting victim.

The man was taken to Albany Medical Center and is currently listed in critical condition.

No arrest has been made.
