Stratton VA Medical Center unveils new cancer treatment technology

The Stratton VA Medical Center will be unveiling new cancer treatment technology on Wednesday. 

It's called the TrueBeam system. It provides fast, powerful, and accurate radiotherapy.

For some veterans with cancer, this means they could be in and out of the cancer center in as little as 20 minutes for a treatment. Other treatments will take less than two minutes.

The ribbon cutting is at 1:30 p.m.
