Albany set to host superhero-themed reading assembly

ALBANY- Superheroes read every day. That’s the theme of a big assembly for students in Albany on Tuesday.   

500 students will attend throughout the afternoon, to hear stories from an awarding-winning author named TY Allan Jackson, who has written books called the Supa-Dupa Kid and You are Amazing I am Amazing.

This is part of an effort to keep kids engaged in reading during the summer.
