No verdict yet in Saratoga County murder trial

A Saratoga County Jury will try again Thursday to decide whether Albert Mercer is guilty of murder.

Mercer is accused of fatally stabbing Patrick Collins in Saratoga Springs last July.

Mercer says he feared for his own life and Collins was the initial aggressor.

Mercer was later indicted for tampering with a witness. He could go to prison for 25 years to life if he's convicted.
