Albany woman accused of DWI with 10-year-old child in tow

SCHODACK - An Albany woman is arrested, accused of drunken driving with a 10-year-old child in the car.

State police say they got a call Sunday night about a driver swerving all over State Route 9 in Schodack - nearly causing several collisions.

Troopers pulled over 31-year-old Amanda Martin. They say she was slurring her words, failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of .19 percent -- more than twice the legal limit.

Martin is now charged with felony DWI.
