SCHODACK - An Albany woman is arrested, accused of drunken driving with a 10-year-old child in the car.
State police say they got a call Sunday night about a driver swerving all over State Route 9 in Schodack - nearly causing several collisions.
Troopers pulled over 31-year-old Amanda Martin. They say she was slurring her words, failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of .19 percent -- more than twice the legal limit.
Martin is now charged with felony DWI.
