Jeremy Schaefer, 38, John Winnie, 34, Nicole Briggs, 37, and a 17-year-old boy were all arrested, charged with child endangerment and obstruction of governmental administration. NewsChannel 13 has learned Winnie is a registered sex offender.

It's unclear why Putorti didn't want to be found.
