Second arrest made in shooting death of key witness in the Amber Guyger trial

Another arrest has been made in the shooting death of a key witness in the Amber Guyger trial.         

32-year-old Michael Mitchell was located by the United States Marshal's Violent Offender Task Force, and taken into custody without incident at a motel in Marksville, Louisiana.    


Mitchell is one of three men suspected in the shooting death of Joshua Brown in Dallas.    

Brown testified in the trial of former the Dallas police officer, Amber Guyger, who was found guilty of murdering Botham Jean.    

He said he heard the gun shots the night Guyger killed him.    

Another man is already in custody facing charges in the murder of Joshua Brown.    

A third suspect remains on the run.
