Vermont woman sentenced after 100 mile per hour chase with kids in tow

A Vermont woman involved in a crash and a 100 mile per hour chase with police with two young kids in the car is heading to prison.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Post-Star report Amber Pelerin was sentenced Monday in Warren County Court to one to three years behind bars.

Police say she forced several cars out of their lane during the chase on the Northway back in 2017.

Police say she had a 4-month-old child and 7-year-old in the car at the time.  She was also allegedly on prescription drugs.
