The roof caved in from the heat of the flames as smoke was pouring out for more than an hour. During the frigid temperatures, firefighters poured a lot of water on it from several angles to keep it from spreading.

The fire chief said it wasn't so much the cold temperatures as it was the wind that kept them from putting it out.
