Troy woman combines love of food and history into immersive experience

TROY - Ever wanted to sample the food and learn the history of a place? You don't have to travel too far. Amy Koren-Roth of Troy would love to take you on a food tour right in your own backyard.

When Koren-Roth traveled, she also took cooking lessons. Knowing retirement was on the horizon, she wanted a way to combine the two.
