Man arrested in connection with deadly Cohoes home invasion

A man wanted in connection with a deadly home invasion in Cohoes last month is arrested in Tennessee.

Cohoes police say Andy Sousie will face burglary and robbery charges after he is extradited.

Police say Sousie and his brother Daryl attempted to rob the Remsen Street home of Shawn Rogowski. Daryl was shot and killed during the attempt.

Rogowski is now being charged with endangering the welfare of a child because he fired his gun near an 11-month-old child.

Police say the incident is still under investigation and anyone with any information should call Cohoes Detectives at 518-233-2146.
