The body was in about seven feet of water.

Around 80 volunteers had been searching for him.

When asked about foul play, investigators say they aren't ruling anything out. They are waiting for an autopsy to rule on cause of death.

The Village of Waterford Tweeted a link to raise money for the Blaauboer family. "It’s so hard to know what to do in a time like this, and nothing really makes it better. But we can make things just the slightest bit easier for Anthony’s family during this time."
