AP: Nationwide daily testing numbers drop

The number of people being tested across the country for the coronavirus is dropping, according to an analysis by the Associated Press.

It found the number of tests per day fell 3.5% over the past two weeks-- dropping in 22 states.

Officials said this trend is due largely to Americans getting discouraged over having to wait hours to get a test - and days or weeks to get the results.
