Man hospitalized after being slashed in Troy armed robbery

TROY - One man is in the hospital after Troy police say he was slashed in an armed robbery Thursday night.

It happened at the intersection of old 6th Avenue and Hutton Street.

Police say the suspect was carrying a sharp object that was most likely a knife.

The victim had cash stolen from him. His injuries are not life-threatening.

No arrests have been made.
