1 Oranges

6 Cherry Tomatoes

¼ cup Blue Berries

8 Black Olives

1 Tbs. Raisins

1 Tbs. Almonds

8 peeled and deveined Shrimp

¼ cup Cooked Chickpeas

Salt to taste

Black Pepper



1 Tbs. oil

For Dressing Combine the following:

¼ cup Honey

¼ cup Pomegranate Molasses

¼ cup Olive Oil


  1. Season Shrimp with salt and black pepper, cumin, coriander.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and cook shrimp for a few minutes on each side.
  3. Arrange arugula on a plate.
  4. Top will all the other ingredients.
  5. Drizzle with dressing.
