It also aims to suppress any statements Nauman Hussain, the limo company operator, gave police following the crash.

Twenty people were killed.

Hussain has pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.

Motions to dismiss charges are a routine part of pre-trial proceedings. They are seldom granted.
