Rensselaer girl with congenital heart defect to throw first pitch at ValleyCats game

A special occasion before the start of Tuesday night's ValleyCats game at Joe Bruno Stadium.

Aubree Spence, 4, of Rensselaer, will throw out the first pitch.

Aubree has a congenital heart defect. Its's part of the American Heart Association's annual visit to a Tri-City ValleyCats Game.

One in 100 children is born with a congenital heart defect, the leading birth defect.
