They say Alejandro Becerril crossed the road and collided head-on with a woman driving with her 7-month-old. They were treated for minor injuries.

Authorities say they then realized Becerril had been involved in a hit-and-run crash moments prior. They also found out that the vehicle was stolen, and that he was driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license.

He's facing several charges.
