SCHENECTADY - An autopsy is scheduled for today after police confirm a child's body is found behind an apartment building in Schenectady.

The grim discovery came as Schenectady Police were searching for missing four-month-old Rayen Puleski. This morning, police are not saying if the body found is the missing baby.

The baby and his mother, Heaven Puleski, were first reported missing earlier this week. On Wednesday, Heaven Puleski was located at a nearby motel and brought to the Schenectady Police Department for questioning.

On Thursday, Schenectady Police said a body consistent with that of a child was found behind an apartment building.

No one has been arrested in the child's death at this time.

Family of Rayen Puleksi say they are frustrated and want answers from police. Police say they have to follow up on several leads before they can confirm anything or talk to the family.

Schenectady Police say they will confirm any information as soon as they can.
