The Ultimate Autumn Sliders
1 pound of beyond burger or grass fed ground beef
1 tablespoon of olive oil
¼ teaspoon of ground roasted cumin
¼ teaspoon each of freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Ground Cinnamon to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together until just combined. Wet your hands with water before forming the meat into slider size burgers (about 2-3 inches in diameter).
Using your thumb, gently make a hole in the middle of the burger and fill it with your favorite fillings (burger stuffers). Then, using the meat close the opening of the stuffed slider to seal in all of the flavor.
Grill the sliders over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side or until the burgers are cooked all of the way through. If you are serving the sliders with delicious applewood smoked cheddar cheese on top, place the cheese slices on the burgers 1 minute before they are finished cooking.
Serve on your favorite gluten free slider rolls, (sometimes I use dinner rolls) piled high with all of your favorite, outrageous toppings! You can even make a “Slider Bar” and let your family and guests create their own Ultimate Slider.
