Berkshire Museum art fight might not be over

PITTSFIELD, Mass. - Lenox residents who sued to stop the Berkshire Museum art sales will keep fighting, despite losing a big ally.

Their attorney says his clients are stunned the attorney general struck a deal with the museum last week. The settlement paves the way for the sale of up to 40 works from the museum.

But the residents say they plan to continue their legal fight.
