Berlin High senior’s artwork headed for Smithsonian

A Berlin High School senior has won a national competition and his artwork will be featured at the Smithsonian.
Daniel Rivera’s painting is “Tears Of Miss Justice: Mourning A Broken System.”
Daniel started creating his painting in class, and continued for several months.
His painting will be a permanent fixture in the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.
