September 14, 2018 10:58 AM

The bags include water, socks, crackers -- and a nice, compassionate note.

They are then put in Baecker's trunk. As she drives around doing errands, the bags are handed out to anyone who looks like they may need them.

They do this because they know what it's like when your life is turned upside down.
