April 23, 2019 12:47 PM

Schenectady officials and the Capital Region Land Bank are moving forward on 34 additional blighted properties in the city. They'll evaluate them for renovation or demolition.

Mayor Gary McCarthy and the Land Bank say this will add value to the community by enhancing efforts to strengthen neighborhoods, adding - the abandoned and sometimes dangerous structures detract from forward progress.
