Albany man pleads guilty to violent burglary

ALBANY - An Albany man admits to a violent burglary. Brian Barksdale, 32, now faces nine years in prison and three years of post-release supervision.

He and co-defendant Reco Finch broke into a home on Bertha Street in Albany last January. A victim inside was attacked and bound with duct tape, handcuffed and put in a car.

Finch pleaded guilty last month. He faces 15 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision.
