K9 helps police nab Moreau burglary suspect

It was a rude homecoming for a woman in Moreau Monday. She says she arrived home to discover items were stolen and the sound of someone quickly running away.

A K9 was called in and led police to a suspect, Brian Deso, in a nearby garage. Police say Deso was living in the garage and was wanted for a parole violation.

They also say Karen Conley owned the home where Deso was staying. She's charged with hindering prosecution.

The stolen items were recovered.

Deso was sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail. Conley is due back in court June 28.
