At the Nite Owl News at 4th and Fulton Street in Troy, there is typically a steady stream of daily customers. The owner says most of them are wearing masks. However, many are not.

In the short time NewsChannel 13 was there Thursday afternoon, a half dozen or more people came in without masks.

Every single one was asked to put one on, and every person complied.

Some people paid $2 to purchase a mask.

A few people who couldn't afford one were given one for free.

In this store, and in this neighborhood, it was hard to find anyone who wasn't willing to comply with the coronavirus safety rules.

Hear what store management and customers think of the executive order, by watching the video of Dan Levy's story.
