Capital Region commuters cope with slippery roads

Capital Region roads are slick after being hit with snow, ice, and freezing temperatures.

We just got this video in from a view of a car that flipped over in on Route 9 Saratoga Springs in front of the Homewood Suites.


This is just one example of the weather creating dangerous conditions Tuesday morning.
