Niskayuna man to be sentenced in Penn State fraternity hazing case

A Capital Region man is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday in the Penn State fraternity hazing case involving the death of a 19-year-old.

Braxton Becker, of Niskayuna, was accused of erasing security camera video from the night pledge Timothy Piazza died.

A jury convicted Becker of hindering apprehension, which is a misdemeanor.
