Estevon Tirado, 22, was tracked down a short distance away and arrested after a brief foot chase and struggle with officers. He is now facing several charges – including criminal mischief, assault and resisting arrest.

Police say it appears he failed to negotiate a curve near Delamont Avenue and Steuben Street.
