"Each and every year, the footprint of the Stroll has grown," said Kate Manley with the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce. "It's really reflective of as the city of Troy has grown and its renaissance. We see more and more shops open, more and more people coming down to see what Troy has to offer."

For the second year in a row, the tree was donated by Spiak's.

"We planted that from seed 40 years ago," explained John Spiak with Spiak's. "Just think of the thousands of people that are going to come and see it.
