A Berkshire County man will spend two years in jail after admitting to accidentally texting a North Adams police officer, trying to sell him Ritalin.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report Christopher Letalien claimed he was short on money and was trying to sell his medication.

Letalien pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Berkshire Superior Court.
