Sub, volleyball coach in Columbia County charged with sex crime

A substitute teacher and volleyball coach is under arrest.

Christopher MacArthur, 23, is charged with criminal sexual act.

The Taconic Hills school resource officer says she was contacted and told MacArthur was having a relationship with someone younger than 17. Police investigated and say the relationship went on for several months.

MacArthur is a substitute teacher and varsity volleyball coach.
