New Jersey man charged with identity theft in North Greenbush

A New Jersey man is charged with identity theft, after allegedly trying to trick store employees in North Greenbush.

Police tell NewsChannel 13 Christopher Vega tried to buy phones at the Verizon Wireless store on North Greenbush Road.

A store employee became suspicious and it turned out Vega had a fake driver's license and a fake credit card.

Police say this is the fourth arrest for identity theft at that store in the last two years.
