Bitter cold temperatures mean that a Code Blue is in place in the Capital Region.

That means shelters are opening their doors to anyone, no questions asked.

At the Rescue Mission in Albany, more than 50 people are there for Code Blue.

In addition to the more than 200 who have already been staying there, the kitchen staff prepared dinner for more than 800 people last night.
