Columbia County contractor accused of ripping off customer

A Columbia County Contractor is accused of ripping off a customer and police tell say there could be more victims.    

Authorities say Paul Kosnick took more than $3,000 from a Copake resident for materials and home improvement services, but never did the work.    


He’s now charged with grand larceny.
