Connecticut woman admits to Warren County wallet thefts

A Connecticut woman pleads guilty to a string of wallet thefts in the area.

Tabatha Garafalo was part of a group that stole wallets from women's purses at a number of businesses in Queensbury and Glens Falls back in April.

Police said they also suspect the group was responsible for similar thefts in counties around the Capital District as well.

At least three businesses were victimized.

They said one person distracted staff members while others went into back rooms to look for valuables.
