Conviction upheld in deadly 2014 Guilderland DWI crash

The state Supreme Court Appellate Division has upheld the conviction of Tyler Pascuzzi.

He was convicted in 2017 for driving drunk in Guilderland.

He crashed his car and killed both of his passengers.

That crash happened on the Fourth of July in 2014.

Pascuzzi was sentenced to up to 25 years behind bars.
