Cooling stations open ahead of extreme heat

If you're staying put this weekend, you have a few different options to cool down.     

There will be cooling stations available in the cities of Albany, Troy, Cohoes and Pittsfield. Those will all be open starting on Friday.    


If you need immediate assistance in the heat, you can call the police or fire departments.
