RENSSELAER - It was a big thrill for a young Rensselaer boy.

Cooper Bizzarro has wanted to be a police officer for a few years. This week, he got to meet one of his idols when Rensselaer Police Officer Joe Terry stopped by to say "Hi" and take a few pictures.

The meeting was arranged by a family friend.

Cooper's mom says the visit made her son's night.

Cooper turns 5 years old on Saturday.
