A female inmate told investigators she was raped three times over the last two weeks.

Sheriff Craig Apple said it happened in an office in one of the women's housing units.

"So after taking statements, collecting that evidence, and also reviewing surveillance footage, we deemed we had more than enough to make an arrest on it," Apple said.

Snyder is charged with rape, criminal sex act, official misconduct, and sex abuse.
