The man accused of causing a deadly weekend crash in Clifton Park was back in court on Wednesday.

Dickie Winn pleaded not guilty to two counts of vehicular manslaughter and DWI.

Police say Winn was drunk Saturday afternoon when he veered into oncoming traffic and slammed into another car on Ushers Road.

John Heneghan, 33, and Caitlyn Holtzman, 32, were killed. Three other people suffered serious injuries.

The judge set Winn's bail at $100,000 and suspended his license. He is due back in court next week.
