Unsafe speed being blamed in deadly Corinth crash

CORINTH - Police in Saratoga County say unsafe speed played a role in a crash that killed two people on Wednesday.

It happened in Corinth.

The car went off Angel Road, and into some trees.

The driver, 23-year-old Genessa Marie Coon, and the passenger, 21-year-old Cody Fitzpatrick, were killed.

Police say there's no evidence drugs or alcohol were involved.
