Alcohol blamed in deadly Fulton County crash

STRATFORD - Alcohol is blamed for a deadly crash in Fulton County.

The sheriff’s department says 18-year-old Tyler Foster crashed his car Thursday evening on County Highway 104 in Stratford.

A passenger, 51-year-old John Jaiken, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Foster was injured and airlifted to Albany Medical Center.

Investigators say charges are pending.
