Deadly Rensselaerville crash blamed on DWI

RENSSELAERVILLE - Deputies have released the name of a woman killed in a crash in Rensselaerville on Monday.
The Albany County Sheriff's Office says 19-year-old Emily Fydenkevez from Middleburgh was killed in the one-car crash. She was the passenger in the car.
Deputies say the driver, 19-year-old Harley Kelly, had been drinking. Kelly was arrested for DWI.
Additional criminal charges are pending.
