Crash involving State Police car under investigation

TOWN OF MOHAWK - A crash involving a New York State Police car is being investigated. 

Police say the crash happened around 8:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Route 5 and Stoner Trail Road.

There were two troopers in the car. They were on their way to an emergency when the collision happened. 

One of the troopers sustained minor injuries and was transported to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment. The other was uninjured. 

The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries and was transported to Albany Medical Center.
