Hudson burglary suspect accused of spraying cops with fire extinguisher

HUDSON - A 22-year-old Columbia County man is accused of breaking into a CVS store and spraying police with a fire extinguisher.

Hudson police say CVS security called them around 1:30 Sunday morning. They arrived to find the front door of the Warren Street CVS smashed and Brandon Kipp hiding in the back of the store.  They say Kipp appeared to be drunk and sprayed them with a fire extinguisher as they approached.

Kipp is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
