The Milton man accused of forcibly touching seven girls at the Saratoga County Fair last month is in more hot water.

Daniel Marrano was supposed to be arraigned on the charges Monday night in Ballston Spa Village Court, but he didn't show. So the judge issued a warrant for his arrest and police picked him up at his home.

He was sent to the county jail for failing to appear.

Marrano posted bail late Monday night and is now scheduled to be in court to answer the original charges on Sept. 16.
