BALLSTON SPA - Police are asking that you take a good look at the picture of Daniel Marrano. They say they fear Marrano may have fondled more than the four girls he's accused of touching Sunday night at the Saratoga County Fair.

Marrano, who is 34-years-old and told police he's a landlord at Marrano Property Group, is charged with four counts of forcible touching and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police list the ages of the victims as 16, 12 and 11.

Police also became concerned when NewsChannel 13 pointed out a post for Marrano's company on the "Where 2 Go Albany" website, offering to shelter "local girls who need a place to sleep on short notice."

There was no answer when a reporter knocked at Marrano's home Monday home afternoon.

Officer Cody Fabian was one of the arresting officers Sunday night and says Marrano fondled girls who weren't familiar with each other at different locations around the fairgrounds.

"They've never seen each other before and they were all at three different locations. They all reported the same incident and identified the same man who was in the mugshot," said Fabian. "So with that information and other witness information, that's why we took him into custody."

If you or someone you know had contact with Marrano, Ballston Spa police ask that you call them at (518) 885-5033.
