Police now say the man found dead on Schodack Island earlier this week drowned.

State police identified him as 64-year-old David Burden. He was reported missing back in November.

His vehicle was found partially submerged at Schodack Island State Park, but there were no signs of Burden.

Two fishermen found his body on Monday.

Police say there are no signs of foul play.
